Description

Pantry Day Volunteer

  1. Each role is critical in ensuring our Pantry Day operates efficiently and families receive the essential hygiene items they need. Volunteer roles include but are not limited to the following:

    1. Forms Team Volunteers greet families, distribute forms and QR codes, and assist with traffic flow to keep lines organized and moving smoothly.

Families Team Volunteers review and verify family information, confirm ID and address, and determine the items each family needs before passing this information to the Runners.

Runners Team Volunteers gather and load pantry bags and additional hygiene items into vehicles based on each family’s specific needs.

    1. Stocking Team Volunteers prepare extra pantry bags, restock supplies, and ensure stations are fully stocked to keep the distribution process running smoothly.
